    Mark Hauser
Mark Hauser became interested in air conditioning when he was working the lunch shift at a bar. It started when their reach-in cooler broke. Within minutes, of the service technician arriving, Mark could feel cold air coming from the cooler. He commented to the tech, "Hey you made it cold". Much to his surprise, the Tech replied "the system doesn't make the air cold, it removes heat". From that point on, Mark was hooked: he enrolled on Trade School the following day. In 1986 he completed North Valley's Occupational heating and Air Conditioning trade program and hasn't looked back. After a year in the field Mark joined the Sheet Metal Workers Union. In 2001, a Tech support position presented itself. Mark is NATE certified and has held the title of Tech Support for 3 major manufacturers since that time.
